Going Further by Going Together – How LERs and CLRs Drive Meaningful Collaboration and Partnerships

by Eric Stoller

This is the third session of our dynamic webinar series with the American Association of Colleges & Universities (AAC&U) on Learning and Employment Records (LERs) and Comprehensive Learner Records (CLRs)! The recorded session is now available, offering key insights into navigating the adoption and implementation of these innovative tools.

This session dove into the strategic necessity of collaboration to execute meaningful and valid Learning and Employment Records (LERs) and Comprehensive Learner Records (CLRs) for student success. Panelists discussed how to forge authentic connections across campus divisions with community partners and employers to ensure that LERs and CLRs not only capture student learning but also align with real-world career pathways.

There was a robust discussion on how to build partnerships that go beyond the surface, creating meaningful, lasting collaborations that benefit both students and institutions. Panelists offered insights into developing authentic connections among stakeholders, on and off campus, and to connect curricular goals, community engagement, and assessment with a diverse range of potential career pathways.
