[Webcast replay] Unlocking Growth and Employability – The Power of LERs

by Eric Stoller

Unlocking Growth and Employability: The Power of Learning and Employment Records (LERs) and Credentialing Infrastructure

Institutions across the country are adopting Learning and Employment Records (LERs), Comprehensive Learner Records (CLRs), and advanced Credentialing Infrastructure—including digital badging and microcredentials—to boost institutional growth, student success, and employability. But how exactly do these solutions help institutions track, verify, and connect learner skills directly to meaningful career pathways?

In this webcast, we showcased how innovative credentialing tools, such as digital badges, microcredentials, and Credit for Prior Learning (CPL), reshape the recognition of student achievements, enhance enrollment and retention, and improve career outcomes.

Lastly, we shared how Northwest Florida State College leverages a CLR and badging platform to integrate microcredentials into every academic program, ensuring students’ skills align with workforce demands.

At Territorium, we’re fortunate to have a wide array of institutional and association partners. This webcast was conducted in partnership with the Association of Florida Colleges.
